I really esteem what you’re writing here. Keep going that way. Take care!
I’m taking papaya seeds in order to clear out parasites. It’s recommended by others that I take a laxative and do an enema as well. I’m looking for natural options available that are easy on you digestion system. Any recommendations?
I’m not entirely sure if it’s necessary but will get some just in case. For an enema I’ve read that coffee or yogurt ones are good.
thanks
There are as many different intestinal parasites as there are medicines and remedies to treat them. The most common is pinworms. For them, you can use wormwood or an over-the-counter medication, sold at your local pharmacy, that will take care of them in a day or two.
